A Deep Dive On Our Levership Program

Here’s a deeper look at what we actually do inside the Levership program.
Before we even start, every business goes through two pre-program exercises that give us the real picture:
→ Operational Pro Forma
This is where we paint the real picture of where your business stands right now, answering the question ‘what is the as is state?’
We do this by taking two years of real financials and building a model that shows what happens when you shift the levers—like:
customer mix,
delivery costs,
founder bandwidth, or
subcontractor strategy (for example).
It’s not theory. It’s “what happens to cash flow if we change this lever tomorrow?”
→ Customer Rationalization Matrix
We all know this is true, but this is where we prove it - that your customer is your number one asset.
For this reason, we assess the true value of your current customers so you know exactly where to cut and where to grow.
We map your clients on a grid.
Top-right = profitable and values-aligned.
Bottom-left = draining, and often costing you money.
We design a strategy to grow with the top 5%—and confidently offboard the bottom 10%.
Then the 12-month core program begins. And here’s how it works:
Quarterly Strategy Sessions
I already mentioned these off the top because they are one of the most critical components of the program.
Every 90 days, the cohort meets in person for a two-day intensive to reset the next sprint.
We zoom out. We get aligned. We decide what matters most for the next 90 days.
That means:
Aligning on a 10-year aspiration and 1-year story
Prioritizing the real blockers
Committing to execution and protecting calendar space
Monthly Check-Ins
These are just as important because we all know we sometimes need to fight fires mid-month. We can make plans, but they can get derailed. Half-day monthly reviews help us to identify the fires and stay on track.
Each session includes:
Execution review across key pillars
Progress on 90-day goals
Real-time troubleshooting with peer input
Alongside that, we layer in practical modules on things like hiring, process improvement, key relationship management, and frameworks like DMAIC and Triple C—so that every decision made has the scaffolding to be executed well.
Oh and AI Is Built In (of course, you’re talking to me)
We’ve integrated curated AI prompts and models at every stage of the process—to reduce friction, accelerate brainstorming, and make execution feel faster and lighter.
Listen, here’s the honest truth.
The Levership Program is specifically built for real operators. Not just idea people.
The work we do isn’t just about scaling. It’s about building a business you can actually live inside of.
