3 Quiet Moves For You To Make This Month

The most successful founders know that sustainable revenue comes from relationship rhythm, not just service excellence. The space between opportunities is where trust compounds and creates momentum.


Here’s what I do, consistently, to keep key relationships strong and revenue predictable:


1) Know the person, not just the account

I keep living notes on the humans I serve and interact with: what they care about, kids’ names, big milestones, birthdays, celebrations.


Not to be cute. To be present.


A 20-second voice note on the right day beats a 20-page proposal on the wrong one.

2) Signal values in how you say “thanks”

How we express gratitude says something about who we are. These small choices in our key relationships become part of how we build trust and connection.


Most of my community cares about local, ethical, and doing business the right way. Me too.


If we haven’t met: I’m a coffee fanatic. I co-founded a specialty coffee company, Epoch Chemistry.

3) Give in their name—quietly

When it fits, I donate to a cause they talk about, in their name. No fanfare. One line note: “We contributed to X because you care about Y.”


Small dollars. Big signal.
